For those wanting specifically designed guidance, teaching and practice to develop, strengthen and expand your innate intuitive, psychic, channelling and/or mediumship abilities in ways that work best for you.
Whether you are a beginner, have some understanding of energy, experience spirit, have advanced levels of knowledge or are currently working as a psychic, channel or medium, coaching allows you to choose what areas you want to focus on and to deepen your relationship with the Spirit World.

There will be opportunities to practice blending and connecting to Spirit with volunteer ‘sitters’ to build your confidence and leave no doubt in the ‘sitter’s’ mind that their loved one is truly present and communicating from the other side. As personal development goes hand-in-hand with your mediumship development, you may also be supported to shift and transform limiting beliefs, doubts or sabotage patterns holding you back from reaching your full mediumship potential so you can trust and stay in flow with Spirit.

Foundations of Energy & Mediumship
Energy management practices for empaths and sensitives, shifting and transforming fears, limiting beliefs, doubts and expectations, establishing and maintaining personal and spiritual boundaries, help to build confidence and trust in your connection to those in Spirit, raising your spiritual vibration, meditation and attunement practices to help you sit in the power with Spirit as well as establishing a strong connection and building rapport with your Spirit Guides
Understanding Grief, Loss & Trauma
Guidance and support with navigating the deeply personal journey through grief, loss or trauma, understanding the wide range of emotional and physical symptoms (including sadness, loneliness/isolation, anger, confusion, and/or sleep disturbances) yourself or others may experience, learn more about the afterlife and how passed loved ones communicate (including through different signs and sensitivities), learn how to hold a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space for someone who is navigating their final moments and end-of-life journey

Development of channelling and trance mediumship to attune your energy to safely enter altered states of consciousness, learn to identify and work with different Spirit Guides or Be-ings, techniques to help dissolve the ego to easy blend and come into union with Spirit, support to facilitate or enhance your ability to clearly and accurately communicate information from Spirit to others whether through inspirational writing, guided speaking, trance healing, over-shadowing or direct voice for personal growth or to educate, uplift and inspire in one-on-one sittings or from the platform
