Bookings, Rescheduling & Cancellations
All readings, sessions must be booked and paid at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined. Where you need to reschedule a reading or alignment session, please ensure you provide at least 48 hours' notice so your appointment time can be opened up and offered to someone else, otherwise, a re-booking fee of $50 will be charged. If you reschedule or cancel your reading or alignment session with less than 48 hours' notice, no refund will be offered and a re-booking fee of $50 will be charged at your next appointment. If you do not answer or are a "no show" for a reading or session your appointment will be cancelled and forfeited with no refund issued.
Where you sign up for an individual or group coaching program you are agreeing to have Leanne, The Barefoot Medium® coach and guide you to your highest potential, support and keep you accountable for creating the momentum necessary to successfully achieve your dreams, visions and goals. This requires you to make a commitment to fully invest in your own success, to take the actions agreed upon to get out of your comfort zone, create the transformation you desire and successfully achieve your goals. Where you are not committing, being inconsistent or are unwilling to follow through by taking the actions agreed upon, Leanne will have an open and honest conversation with you to determine why and whether this is a) an issue you need to work through, b) if you are not ready to commit to your goals and undertake coaching or c) if coaching is simply not the right fit for you. If you need to reschedule an individual coaching session, please ensure you provide at least 48 hours' notice so your session time can be opened up and offered to someone else, otherwise, an administration fee of $50 will be charged. If there are compassionate and extenuating circumstances, Leanne will offer you an alternative make-up session which must be scheduled within one (1) week of the original session time and waive the standard $50 administrative fee. If you do not provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule, cancel, do not answer or are a "no show" for an individual coaching session, you will be charged an administrative fee of $50 and will forfeit the original session and will not be eligible for a make-up session or refund.
Where you enrol in an in-person or online masterclass or training with Leanne, The Barefoot Medium®, your enrolment is final. If you are unable to complete a masterclass or training within the stated start and completion dates, as outlined at the time of booking, you will forfeit your place in the masterclass or training and no refunds, transfers or deferrals will be offered. If there are exceptional circumstances, please contact Leanne, The Barefoot Medium® to discuss and all reasonable opportunities will be provided, which fit within the normal operation of the business, to support you in completing your masterclass or training. No refunds, transfers or deferrals of any on-demand self-paced or pre-recorded masterclasses or trainings are offered as once access details have been emailed they are considered to have been delivered as they must be completed as purchased and specified.
Pricing
All prices are as outlined and are subject to change without notice. All fees and terms of trade will be clearly stated and agreed to prior to a reading, session, coaching, masterclass, training, event or retreat. No additional charges will be added or suggested unless specifically stated. Leanne, The Barefoot Medium® maintains and reserves the right to make changes to prices, supply costs, labour increases or misprints.
Refund Policy
As a general rule, refunds are not offered on readings, sessions, coaching, masterclasses, trainings, events or retreats unless otherwise stipulated. The following terms and conditions will be strictly adhered to with no further discussions entered into:
Leanne, The Barefoot Medium® prides herself on the quality of readings and sessions provided. If you are not satisfied with your reading or session, within the first 5 minutes of engaging in these services, it is your responsibility as the client to advise Leanne, The Barefoot Medium® of your concerns and/or to request clarification at this time. Leanne, The Barefoot Medium® will provide you with further clarification where possible.
No refunds are offered on coaching programs, as it is your responsibility prior to booking a program to decide whether you are committed and willing to do the work required - if you are in, you need to be 100% in, just as Leanne, The Barefoot Medium® will be for you. If you have agreed to a payment plan and cancel prior to completing all sessions in your program, the balance of your invoice will be due for payment as spaces are filled months and/or a year in advance and costs associated with administration, session planning and resource preparation are included in the entire cost of the program.
No refunds are offered under any circumstances on in-person or online masterclasses, trainings or events. Once you have been sent access details to any on-line masterclasses or trainings, they are considered to have been delivered and no-refunds will be offered as you will have access to the materials. If a masterclass or training requires you to demonstrate competency for a particular module (as outlined on this website) to progress and are not able to do so, you will not be permitted to progress to the next module and/or gain certification and will not be offered a refund but will be given the opportunity to address any issues identified or repeat the module, undertake additional training and/or coaching before a second attempt will be considered in order to progress and/or for certification purposes. In this instance, no refund will be issued for the unused portion of the masterclass or training.

Confidentiality & Privacy
Any reading, session, coaching, masterclass, training, event or retreat is conducted with your privacy and confidentiality in mind and information, guidance and insights shared will not be revealed without your prior written approval, except in the event of a life-threatening situation. You agree to notify Leanne, The Barefoot Medium® immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your information or any other breach of your privacy.
Interpretations & Suggestions
Leanne, The Barefoot Medium® is a medium / intuitive / coach / speaker and not a fortune teller, therefore, details, information and insights provided about events, situations or relationships in the future are considered possibilities because the future is never etched in stone and information provided only indicates possible outcomes/opportunities based on the energy at the time it is provided. As such, any reading, session, coaching, masterclass, training, event or retreat is intended to provide insights into your current path and offer objective and unbiased suggestions to help you manifest positive solutions to challenges, concerns or issues you may be experiencing so you can make decisions and choices to create your own future. Any decisions you make based on information provided in a reading, session, coaching, masterclass, training, event or retreat is your own responsibility.

Leanne, The Barefoot Medium® reserves the right to refuse to answer any question considered unsuitable or inappropriate or which oversteps professional and personal boundaries. During your reading, session, coaching, masterclass, training, event or retreat Leanne, The Barefoot Medium® will, discuss any aspect of the information provided to you and/or help you to phrase any question(s) in a way that will support you in gaining the best results and to serve your highest and best good. Leanne, The Barefoot Medium® does not provide additional insights after the completion of a reading, session, coaching, masterclass, training, event or retreat with clients via phone, email or messenger, where additional information or clarification is requested, clients are advised to book in for a follow-up reading, session, or coaching.
Honesty & Respect
All readings, sessions, coaching, masterclasses, training, event and retreats conducted by Leanne, The Barefoot Medium® will be delivered professionally to the best of her ability with honesty, integrity and respect. In doing so, Leanne will give honest insights and guidance while maintaining a degree of sensitivity and will not impose information on you that you are not ready for, have clearly indicated you do not wish to know or are not willing to explore or clear.
Compassionate & Non-Judgemental
Leanne, The Barefoot Medium® will give you full attention, be present and hold space throughout your reading, session, coaching, masterclass, training, event or retreat so as to provide a useful, supportive, compassionate and non-judgemental experience where you feel seen, heard and supported. During your reading, session, coaching, masterclass, training, event or retreat you are also asked to be present and to open your heart, to allow the information to flow fully without judgement.

Leanne, The Barefoot Medium® will strive to make your reading, session, coaching, masterclass, training, event or retreat a blessing that leaves you with a sense of peace, strength, joy and love by finishing on a positive, encouraging note. All reading, session, coaching, masterclass, training or retreat aim to empower you to make your own practical, life-affirming decisions and choices to support you in manifesting positive situations, experiences and relationships in your life.
Responsibility for Decisions
Leanne, The Barefoot Medium® will not tell you what to do, what choices to make or that you should or should not pursue a particular course of action as you have free-will to choose to follow any guidance provided or not whether from a reading, session, coaching, masterclass, training, event or retreat. You will be supported and encouraged to make your own healthy choices, to take responsibility for the situations, experiences and relationships you have in your life, your own decisions and actions as well as how to live your life and the direction you choose for your future. You understand that in no way is Leanne, The Barefoot Medium® responsible or liable for anything you might do with the information given during a reading, session, coaching, masterclass, training, event or retreat with all information and guidance provided for the highest good of all concerned, with harm to none. It is up to you, the client, to wisely use your own judgement to make decisions and choices in your own life. All readings, sessions, coaching, masterclasses, trainings, events or retreats are not meant to replace or substitute proper medical, psychological care or professional advice from other relevant practitioners. Leanne, The Barefoot Medium® is not qualified to treat, diagnose, or prescribe anything for physical or psychological illnesses or disorders or conduct sessions in order to provide you with medical, legal or financial advice. If you have a medical, health or psychological ailment you are advised to seek a medical or mental health professional for the appropriate professional care. All readings, sessions, coaching, masterclasses, trainings, events and retreats are seen as Complementary therapies which do not aim to cure illness but rather to support, enhance and complement mainstream treatment or care.
Readings for Children & Other People
Leanne, The Barefoot Medium® will not conduct a reading or session without someone's express conscious verbal permission and as such will not provide guidance, insight or information about what someone other than you is doing or feeling as this is a violation of their privacy and free-will. Leanne, The Barefoot Medium® will not conduct a reading for anyone under 18 years of age without a parent or guardians conscious verbal or written permission.
Frequency of Readings
Leanne, The Barefoot Medium® will generally not do a reading for you more than once per three months (at most), especially on the same subject, as this may mean you become overly dependent upon this service and avoid making decisions and choices on your own, or taking responsibility, or may not have listened to or taken action on the guidance and advice given in previous readings. Leanne, The Barefoot Medium® may suggest a session, coaching, masterclass, training or a retreat to further support you, however, will not pressure you to return for further readings or other services.
Communication
Any communication through email, messenger, newsletter etc between Leanne, The Barefoot Medium® and current or prospective clients will NOT be considered a legal or binding contract but is information for your decision in purchasing services, programs or products only. Leanne, The Barefoot Medium® does not provide additional insights after the completing of a reading, session, coaching, masterclass, training, event or retreat with a client via email or messenger. Where additional information or clarification is requested, clients are advised to book in for a follow-up reading or session. Leanne, The Barefoot Medium® has the right to refuse and immediately stop all communication, whether through email, phone, messenger, newsletter etc or other forum, which is perceived as aggressive, bullying, disrespectful, rude and inappropriate or oversteps other personal and professional boundaries.
Referrals
Leanne, The Barefoot Medium® will not refer you to another professional reader, healer practitioner, teacher or coach in anticipation of acquiring kickbacks or other compensation. Where affiliate programs are in place, this will be expressly stated and clearly outlined on this website and in other relevant documentation and correspondence.
